Would VA Cust Service agent know, that as EY Silver I'm eligible to 23kg allowance

I shall be EY Silver by the end of next week. Do you think VA Airport Customer Service folks be aware that - as EY Silver - I am eligible to 23kg fee baggage allowance? Travel is in late March, so hopefully I shall be my EY card by then.

I do not see any reference to partner programs on virginaustralia.com
