After a few F segments on return legs, I've finally got an F segment leaving T5 in a couple of weeks.

I'm interested in checking out a Cabana and really making the most of the Concorde Room experience, what should I do and how do I organise things in advance. I've heard tales of YouFirst calling customers before a flight, but this has never happened to me. Should I phone them? Will I be a pest if I do?
