Yes, all flights are LH.

The MUC-FRA flight I want to switch to would allow 1 hr 45 in MUC and 1 hr 35 in FRA. Will that be OK? Should I fight the fight??
I would stick to 45 mins in MUC and a longer layover in FRA. Assuming you are on one ticket I expect they will put you on the next flight to FRA if you miss your connection in MUC.

MUC is a much more compact airport than FRA and all you need to do is to go down one level via passport control to your departure gate. In FRA your flight will arrive in Pier A Schengen and the flight to CMN will almost certainly depart from Pier B non-Schengen. There are both in Terminal 1 but in different parts. The best way to get to your departure gate is to walk through the tunnel between A and B and clear passport control at the end of the tunnel.

Although 1 hr 35 mins should be enough for the connection in FRA, you don't need 1 hr 45 mins in MUC and there's no reason to insist on changing to a later MUC-FRA flight especially if it's going to cost a lot of money.
