OP, I think you're missing the point of the PC program. It is NOT about elite benefits or treatment. I agree 100% with you.
If you want free nights/loads of pts then PC is the program for you, esp if you can make PB work.
If you want elite treatment at PC hotels, then get RA and only stay at IC's.
