Update --
They allowed multiple bags as long as it was under the weight limit.. and if pax are on same ticket, the baggage allowance can be combined too..
So two pax having bought 20 kgs bag allowance each under same ticket could have 2 bags totalling 40kgs regardless of the weight of each separate bag..
( so 1 can be 25kgs and another 15)..
