Made even more special if you add on European Delivery of a BMW, which is what we did last year. (bonus, it's cheaper than in the US!)

I suspect one reason the tours will up is that people doing delivery get to the top of the list (we had to reserve at the time we signed the P.O. for the car). Everyone we talked to on our tour was doing a delivery.
