Log into the QF web site with your FF details then search for award seats. If the city you desire is not listed then phone QF and ask them if there is award space ( but you might have to pay an " assisted" fee). Not all cities with awards are listed by QF on their web site

Just do a dummy booking to see what the points cost will be. You can exit after the points quote without paying (points or $).
