You obviously have to keep on them. I never got the voucher in the mail for the 5000 miles so I called Costco back and advised them. They had to scrutinize my account to ensure I had not been a member before, but once done, they gave me the PIN over the phone to use to deposit the miles in me AP account online. Got confirmation that they're in my account today.
