MASTERLOCK "Lock Up Love - Paris" Sweepstakes

Eligibility: Entry into the Sweepstakes is open to permanent legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia ("D.C.") and Canada, EXCLUDING Quebec, who are 13 years or older at time of entry. Please note: If an entrant is considered a minor in his/her state or province of residence, entrant must receive permission from his/her parent/legal guardian in order to enter.

Entry Frequency: An Entrant may enter the Sweepstakes in accordance with these Official Rules only two times during the Sweepstakes Period; if more than two (2) entries are received from an individual Entrant, all such entries submitted will be disqualified and will not be included in the prize drawing.

How To Enter: Eligible individuals can go to either access www.facebook.com/masterlock (or) http://www.masterlovelock.com/ and

1) Follow the on-screen instructions and go through all four steps) to create and send a "Love Lock" to a friend/loved one/family member (the "Recipient").

2) The Recipient then must accept the Love Lock in order for the sender to be eligible to enter the Sweepstakes.

3) Once the Recipient accepts their Love Lock, a confirmation email containing a link to the Sweepstakes entry form will be sent to the sender of the love lock ("Entrant"). The Entrant must complete the entry form with all required information, including his/her full name, street address, city, state, province or territory, email and birthdate, and must certify that a parent or legal guardian has approved his/her entry if Entrant is a Minor.

Grand Prize (1): Grand prize winner will receive a trip for two (2) (winner and one (1) guest) to Paris, France including:

- Round-trip coach class airfare for winner and guest from the major airport nearest winner's home (as determined by Sponsor) to Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG);
- Three (3) nights / two (2) days hotel accommodations for two (2) (one double occupancy room) in a hotel of Sponsor's choice in Paris, France;
- A $2,500 USD VisaŽ Gift Card;
- Two (2) 1509DLOV Locks.
- Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Grand Prize: $7,510 USD
