This pretty much mirrors my experience a couple of months ago, except that we were told it was one hour. So I didn't check out the bed, but had a good place to shave, shower, etc. before hitting the road. The clerk was very pleasant, but didn't escort us to our rooms, although that wasn't any big deal, it would be hard to get lost!
