70 minutes wouldn't be nearly enough in the OP's scenario - even if it were to Skyteam or even, say, AF to AF - I'm skeptical of CDG from past experiences. Just last November going through CDG to IST, we barely made it on the outbound leg with 2 hours and that was AF to AF. Coming back we had 2.5 hours AF to DL, but made it with minutes to spare because the AF and DL systems weren't playing nice, and none of us who boarded in IST were showing as checked-in to Delta. Seats were being given away for those of us who were "no shows" and it took an hour at the service desk to get it fixed. YMMV of course.

But with different airlines especially, I'd build in at one day pad just to be safe, personally.
