Would this be a valid award ticket with Dubai as the Destination and Split (Croatia Airlines Hub as a Stopover). Not alot of availability for my time period but I found some:

CLT - MUC - ZAG - SPU // Stopover
SPU - VIE // 23.5 hour layover
VIE - DXB // Destination
DXB - IAD - CLT

I think it satisfies all rules, except for maybe backtracking? But isn't this back tracking the same way CLT - IAD/EWR - LAX would be? I will potentially call tonight
