Okay let me get this straight...this is actually incredibly EXCITING news today!! I'm pumped! Please confirm that I understand this correctly....

I should stop paying $335 for a one-way STL-PHL Business Select ticket (which I do often). Instead, I should buy the cheapest $175 WGA fare and then upgrade at the gate for only $40, which brings my total to only $215 (a $120 savings vs. BS fare). Then,...and here's the BEST part, the FA will save me an exit row seat? I won't collect additional BS bonus points, but I fly every other week on WN, so I have more points than I can spend anyway, so this is a GREAT deal.

But seriously, I hope a FA never tells me that I can't sit in an exit row because it's being saved for a $40 upgrade PAX. Show me that policy in your terms and conditions please! It doesn't exist. WN created "open seating," so YOU deal with it. If FA's are worried about angry customers, then change the stupid "enhancement." I don't want to be one of those guys who threatens to leave WN because I'm ticked, but I guess I am one of those guys if they enforce this silly new trend.
