Until this past summer, I only flew LY to/from TLV and I have never been on an LY flight from TLV that was under 95 percent capacity. My Lufthansa A340 from TLV in July was at capacity.

Going to TLV, just about every LY flight I have taken was at or near capacity. Same thing with the United flight I took this past summer from EWR to TLV. One exception was a few years ago I went to Israel twice in one summer. Both times were on LY 004 from JFK which left around 1030AM and half empty. First times I ever felt bad paying for "C" when I could easily have had a whole 744 row in Y to myself.
