Well, I'm sorry for you about Y seating but I'd go for Swiss as their service and food is better IMO than LH in economy. Overall both are pretty similar.

I'd ALWAYS prefer ZRH, but both have good airport hotels and are not far from the city (15 -20min by train) so hotel options are plentiful.
