Another data point -- When attempting to get my SQ F flight PQMs adjusted, I also got the Indian call center, and they also did not believe me. I read Shannon's original post verbatim to them and they wouldn't budge, so I asked to be transferred to a supervisor. After explaining the situation again, and reading Shannon's post aloud again, the supervisor asked me to email her, copying Shannon's post and it will be forwarded for review........ I'm hopeful that this will work out, but will report back.
