It's undeniable that what the OP is suggesting is gaming the system. Strictly speaking though, even if OP is talking about bending the rules to their limits, he isn't breaking any.
Most lounges require that the person providing credentials to the guest remain with them while the guest is in the lounge. If the guest doesn't leave then actually the OP probably is breaking that rule.
