I have to agree with this.
I'll try to keep the criticisms constructive.
- Far too high a price to ask for a simple web query.
- No ability to filter for certain rates.
- Received query (excel sheet) is in a very unhelpful state and can't easily be sorted
- Too few rates available, seems to have a very small pool of codes to pick from.
The idea is good but there is a very wide gap from what one should expect and what is offered to make this anywhere near worthwhile. You can save yourself 10 min tops.
