I had seen those threads in the past and understand the issues there...my situation is that no points have posted for either room. I could live with points from one room if they had posted any points to my account but to get nothing is just wrong. (and yes, I was staying in one of the rooms and both rooms were always on one folio).

I'll call them and try to get it sorted. Thanks for your efforts though.
