britenbsas is certainly correct in his observations above (both about lounge and size of AEP). I would simply add that even for flights in early-morning (or middle of night) AEP can still be very busy, as there are often lots of flights leaving even at obscure hours. I wouldn't cut it closer than 1.5 hours, and might tend towards 2 hours.

As you're asking about lounge access, I presume you're either a SkyTeam Elite Plus, or in a premium cabin. That may or may not speed things up, as last time I was in AEP there were not really different lines (or if there were, the premium lines didn't have anyone working in them!). If you have things like additional baggage as well, for instance (entitled by Elite Plus status) you may have to explain to the AR check-in staff that you are indeed entitled to an extra 10 or 20 kg over the very minimal 20 kg that your ticket says. All these matters of SkyTeam seem rather new to them...
