2. Yes log into all in advance. I took a bus the last leg of the journey and did it then. Log in, check in, load offer to card.
3. Yes. Maybe also pick up their rewards card. Potentially you could a fiver back on £500 spend and double dipping (purchasing cards and on spend) may work.
