I've just completed one round trip in it in J class. I like the configuration. I like the AVOD. Surprisingly I didn't even mind being on a narrowbody for 5 hours. But I'm afraid I hate the seat. I just cannot get comfortable in it. In bed mode it feels like being in a coffin and lounge mode is ok for a couple of hours max. Any position in the middle is awful. There is no way I could sleep in the seat. Normal CW is just so much better.
Have to agree, now that I have flown these a few more times. I definitely felt closed in when trying to sleep - had nowhere to put my arms (wide shoulders).
Also, 1A, while having the most space - suffers by far the most noise and light pollution - you can hear all conversations from the galley (so I guess it's also a compliment for how quiet the plane is) - so, if you want to sleep - avoid 1A.
