Will spare you all the details, but I made a booking with Qantas and a day later cancelled the flight. Qantas has sent me a voucher for the amount I paid for the ticket and is valid for one year.

Just wondering if anyone (I am sure there is) has rebooked a flight using the credit voucher? Any problems, restrictions etc. Can I use it for an airfare that is more than the voucher is entitled for and pay the extra in cash?

Due to circumstances I didn't pay much attention when cancelling the flight so missed all the fine print and conditions of using the voucher in the future. Thanks in advance.
