Sneaky default when booking two rooms at a Hampton

There is a sneaky little default in Hilton's website when booking two rooms. The website will not show you suites, instead a search will only produce mini suites or single room choices. When I change the search to only one room up pops full two-room suites. Perhaps this default is in place because there are laws that state only four people can occupy a room. I don't know why this default exists, but I think its handy to know. I have performed this search at several Hampton Inn and Suites facilities and the search engine produces the same results and exclusions. I am not sure if this search exclusion is applicable at other Hilton family venues but it exists when booking at a Hampton Inn and Suites type of hotel.
