Got £200 loaded on a gift card at HoF. Woman questioned whether all the cards were mine then claimed they weren't. I suppose Lloyds using first and surname could confuse some lol

For some reason, none have the congratulations message come up. Hope it's not a bad sign. I have always gotten the message from other retailers.
