I doubt the difference between GB and JB even matters. It isn't like you'll be using the android launcher, notifications, system tray - etc. As long as the virtual machine allows the app to run it's pretty much trivial. There are few apps that don't support GB right now. Maybe in the future when the features of the newer APIs become prereqs for apps running it will matter - but as of today I just don't think it does.
