Haha, so your advice is "travel in a time machine to 2010, then in a flying machine IAD-EZE?" Fair enough. I definitely remember great experiences in the J cabin on IAD-EZE/EZE-IAD.

I feel like choosing between IAH and EWR basically comes down to whether or not you get a good flight crew — the flights are roughly the same distance, they leave at roughly the same time, and they should have roughly the same product.

The only other option involves going through PTY on Copa (which is practically like flying UA), but I wouldn't want to fly on a 737 for seven hours!
