Some backoffice staff is not good as others there.
They seem to be using the CC on file when they think its time. So everyone who would like to assure that a certain card is used at a certain date I would highly recommend contacting them two months before, telling them exactly which card to use and when.
If you don't get a reply in time, keep mailing or give them a call.
Once I advised them I wanted to charge to a different CC they sent me a CC authorization form and have responded to me within 24 hours during our e-mail exchanges.
I thouht this would be an issue since they already charged the card on file but it doesn't seem to be an issue.
