What happened? If it can be covered in a post or two here, would you elaborate on the Swisscom issue please (otherwise over in the PH Vendome thread)? I try to keep up with what's going on in that thread, and just did a several-page due diligence on the point, but didn't see anything. Thank you.
-Various attempts to connect failed - had to call front office and get a password
-Very slow connection
-Only possible to connect Wifi - Impossible to connect with the cable provided on the desk.
-Impossible to connect my Mac to TV directly because of the Swisscom interface
-Who cares to pay about those movies on demand ?
-The TV channels choice proposed by Swisscom is cheap satellite TV and not very international
-Picture is of bad quality/there should be HD and HDMI connectivity
Top hotels are now going direct, without such useless interface, offering quality signal and sound. Users can connect PC/Mac to the screens. Internet should be fast enough so I can watch my own programs.
