Well if you're too lazy to research customs rules, I guess your options are to either risk it or ship using FedEx or UPS. If the value of the cheese is sufficiently high, I would think it would be worth your while to use a portion of the time you've expended posting about this here to Google the HK Customs website to figure out what's allowed. @:-)
