I agree with the suggestions about bringing your own food if you are picky at all. When my husband and I flew SEA-HNL in December we tried both of the two breakfast options in F. After sampling each other's we both agreed that the entrees were odd and the portions were too small. We'd have much preferred larger portions of more "normal" food first thing in the morning.

This became important on this flight in particular because we had rough air much of the way and they had to cut back significantly on the in flight service. No snacks before arrival in F and I didn't hear them do the mai tai run for those who might have wanted it. The way we were bouncing around I was glad the FAs were buckled in safely -- I just wished I had packed food for us.
