These changes are already in place (fleet wide). By the new "Cruise Cash" program you can pre-purchase bar & photo credits and they will be applied directly to your Carnival Sail&Sign account. Unlike the old paper coupons, the new credit is not refundable if purchased through Bon Voyage. Not all Carnival fans are happy about that because by the old coupons program they could save the 15% gratuity on bar drinks wit hprices less than $5,75 (liquor) and $1,95 (soda).
