I think you are confusing the Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit with the Royal Orchid Sheraton. Are you talking about this one?

This is the SGS which is the one I recommend.

My opinion on the StR are well-documented in the StR master thread. Summary is great hard product and poor execution.
