After reading the W review it doesn't really sound it is a good hotel for Platinum.

I just check the rate for St Regis - our of budget as suites are the only option left.

Just wondered what other Starwood option would you recommend.

I am worry the Sheratons are too old and the LM looks like in a dodgy part of town?

I want somewhere with a nice pool, with spa facilities (even no massage is offered at least a steam room available for use).

Of course PLT recognition will be best (with exec club access, freebies etc...)
