Yesterday's flight to Mumbai had no immigration forms loaded which meant everyone had to scurry around in the chaos of Mumbai airport at night filling them in and dealing with the new manic system there......made me wonder how exactly the forms get on to BA planes ex-LHR and whose fault it is if they aren't there.....
