Hi, I have a spare free weekend coupon that I would like to give to my brother for him to use on his next vacation. I will not have a chance to use it before it expires.

Is this possible? How would he go about using it?

I would even be fine leaving the car on my credit card and adding him as a authorized driver but I would not be able to go with him.
