I am a lurker and a newbie here, but I just flew FC on Alaska from BLI-HNL on January 23rd, and returned January 31st.

The info that gsupstate said pretty much matches our experience. We had row 4, so by the time the dinner orders were taken, we had to take what was left. Mr.Retel had the shrimp, which he didn't like. I had a beef dinner which was pretty good! We both wanted to order the beef, but that row 4 D/F get the left overs! lol
The dessert was DELICIOUS! I'm not even sure what it was, a parfait of some kind I think.
Free digiplayers, which I didn't use, as I prefer my iPad, the Mai Tai was pretty good, but yeah, the entire flight gets one (21yrs +)

All in All, I'd fly there FC again. We flew home on the red-eye FC, and had Row 1 A/C. Best part was being able to climb over the Mr. without waking him up to use the lavatory.

I'll do it again in June/July when we go back to HNL
