Best seats for flights across the pond?

Newbie, first time flier in executive first/executive class (the aeroplan reward category is "D") questions:

I have 2A on AC854 (763, YVR->LHR) and 1A on AC867 (333, LHR->YYZ). Any thoughts on how good these seats are? Similarly, is 1A on a 319/320 considered a good seat (AC546/755, respectively).
