I think your best bet would be to take a cab from AEP to the Manuel Tienda Leon Terminal at Retiro a block from the Sheraton and a 10 min walk from Av. Florida or Puerto Madero. At the MTL terminal they have large lockers for about ARP30 per use. Then after your wander around go back to the terminal and hop on their bus to EZE.
