Disgusting behaviour in Flounge
Here's another one of these threads, even though when I searched for 'disgusting' and 'lounge' I didn't pull up anything recent.
Anyway, my laptop needing charged I decided to use the seats nearest the main entrance where there's power sockets between the seats. First thing I noticed was the previous occupants of the seat opposite had stuffed empty crisp wrappers down the side of the chair, inconsiderate but not worthy of a rant.
A few minutes later a woman probably in her late 50's took the seat opposite me, picked up the phone next to her (I didn't realise the phones in the lounge let you call out, I've never looked at them but thought they'd just be for contacting BA) and then had a continuous conversation for the near 40 minutes she was in the lounge.
Still fair enough, perhaps that's what the phones are there for.
But quickly into her call she removed her shoes and put her feet on the chair, allowing the sweaty smell to drift over to where I was sitting.
To make things even worse she was picking at her feet all during the call, and now there's a load of dead skin on the floor where she was sitting!
Also what is the intended purpose of the phones in the lounges, can you call an outside line and get free calls or are they just for contacting BA?
