Yeah, before I read your second paragraph, I was going to say... There are just certain things you know won't work on an airplane, and poached eggs are probably one. Well, except maybe on CX F they could make them fresh. I'd imagine the yolks were completely cooked, and the hollandaise was probably broken, and maybe if you were lucky the Canadian bacon was dry and crispy.

The quiche isn't actually that bad.
