Now I am sure this restriction is in the BA T&Cs, but wanted to flag up the fact that what appears to be a "regular T class ticket from a travel agent" may not be eligible for MFU, and the hours I have spent in vain searching for availability will count for nought against the complaints from the passenger when I pick her up!
This limitation has been pointed out on this board before, but its good to highlight it again to remind people to check with their TA before booking as to whether it will be upgradeable with Avios.
