I think you're looking at it the wrong way - while loulou's ok w/ paying the charge she doesn't see why she should pay the charge when someone with equal status & same # of guests in room ressie isn't being charged. If the hotel is going to be consistent, then loulou8 shouldn't be charged if others aren't being charged, so IMO they either owe her a credit or they need to charge the other guest.
Perhaps your friend Lisa either needs to make sure all are charged equally or none are charged.
