for sure HNL!!!!!! i love to tease them they are on the beach having a drink with an umbrella. next for me is ORD, those agents dont have to wait to get hold of supervisor to do simple things... the problem with CO call centers is the agents cant do anything without a supervisor. however i have had some great CO supervisors working from home in Tampa.
really the problem is SHARES everything takes forever to book, fix reissue etc.
however SHARES had so many errors it was great while it lasted.
