I almost get a tear in my eye when they a UA agent answers the phone, 'Aloha'.

I was working with an agent one day on a very complex itinerary while in an ORD RCC and although I didn't move from where I was seated, the call suddenly dropped. In our chats while waiting for the system to accomplish something, I had mentioned being in an ORD RCC. This HNL agent called all the clubs and had me paged until he found me so we could finish what we started.
