Personally speaking, when I hear UA SLC my name is X, I breath a sigh of relief.

HNL are nice on the phone but just no as proficient with SHARES as SLC (home to the best sCO agents).

While I have come to understand that HNL was the goto center at sUA (they seem to care), I want the most proficient agents and IMHO that is SLC.

DTW was downright terrible the three times I spoke to them.
