I can see both sides of this debate. While, quite rightly, those entitled to access LHR T5 lounges don't want to see the quality of their wi-fi degraded, surely in this day and age free wi-fi could be provided terminal-wide.

If my 'local' airport (CAI), not otherwise renowned for its high levels of customer service, can provide free wi-fi to all surely LHR can do likewise?
