Question Law Careers that Require Travel

Hi Everyone,

I'm fully aware that there are a large number of threads on the subject of jobs and careers that require travel, so please bare with me on this one.

Having spent the last few days browsing the various FT threads I could find on this subject, I didn't come across any information relating directly to jobs in law.

Just to provide a little bit of background info, I'm currently studying history at university and intend to do a law conversion. Despite this, I only really know that I want to be involved in law; I'm really unsure as to which particular area. Even though it's going to be at let two years before I'm actively searching, I know that I'd hate being stuck behind a desk 24/7 and I also know that I'd like my work to involve travelling! I definitely wouldn't want to be away from home constantly but I'm sure I'd be happy with maybe 1/2 trips a month.

As most FT'ers are frequent flyers, I thought this was the best place to ask. Does anyone on here work in law and travel regularly, or can anyone suggest any careers within the law community?

Thanks in advance, I look forward to your input!
