Depends on you perspective - talk to US pilots and FAs, who have been without contracts since the HP-US merger, latter have approved a labor action. Parker appears to be good at putting lipstick on a pig, but his labor issues, debt load must be addressed at some point - something he appears unable to do on his own.
The new (post-BK) AMR should be run by someone with a successful track record resolving such issues - something only accomplished by Horton to date - the BOD would be wise to consider outsiders.
