Thanks. Unfortunately, I'm still intermittently getting the 35761 / 12002 error when I try to check routing rules.

I tried following the instructions in the Microsoft Support Article Q181050, but when I tried to run the FixIt .msi, it said it was not applicable for my system...

I'm running Windows7 32-bit, and have IE9 installed (I actually use Chrome, but I assume that KVS is 'using the WinINet API directly'.) The Support Article indicates that it is only relevant for IE4 to IE8.

Is there another solution for IE9? Many thanks!
